Detective Matt Harrison and Joseph Brown are investigating the murder of two women at a nightclub in Dallas. Their search leads them to a plot to bring illegal drugs into Texas and ultimately to one of the most dangerous drug kingpins in America. Their faith in each other will be put to the test, and they will need to rely on a higher authority to make it out alive.
